Experience Behind Me — But Starting Over in the United States

Before moving to the United States, I already had experience competing under the FCI system. I earned certificates and achieved placements in competitions.

But entering the AKC world became a completely new chapter for me.

Here, I was not a known handler or trainer with an established record of achievements. In the AKC community, I was essentially starting from scratch.

And that became a new challenge.

Starting over.
Setting new goals.
Building a new record through results.

Our First Step: AKC Trick Dog Novice

My dog and I successfully completed AKC Trick Dog Novice, and we are now waiting for our official AKC certificate. 🏆

It may be only the first level, but it means a lot to me.

Because it represents the first official achievement of our new journey in the AKC system.

What does this achievement mean to me?

• Continuing my professional development;
• Working with my own dog at a new level;
• Gaining practical experience within the AKC system;
• Setting new goals and taking on new challenges;
• Starting a new chapter and building a new record from the beginning.

Why Do I Continue Training My Own Dog?

Because a good trainer should never stop learning.

Working with my own dog allows me to constantly put training methods into practice, face new challenges, find solutions, and work toward goals that require patience, consistency, and dedication.

I want to grow together with my own dogs in the same way I help my clients and their dogs grow.

This Is Only the Beginning

One certificate does not define a trainer. The journey is made of many small steps, countless training sessions, mistakes, lessons, new goals, and achievements.

Today, I have taken another first step.

AKC Trick Dog Novice — successfully completed.

The official certificate is on its way, and the next goal is already ahead.

I will keep learning, working, improving, and reaching for new heights — together with my dog. 🐾
